Participant guide / preparation template
Prepare
- Working prototype, simulation or demonstrable system.
- Short problem statement, design approach and key result.
- Power, adapter, extension and laptop requirements identified in advance.
Judging flow
- Approximately 8–10 minutes per team including Q&A.
- Judges may consider innovation, technical merit, functionality, impact and clarity.
Quick checklist
- Team name and member list
- Project title and short summary
- Demo readiness and safety check
- Backup media / video if relevant
Final rules, deadlines and any category-specific updates remain subject to the Technical Committee and departmental approval.
