Pitch structure
- Problem: What real issue are you solving?
- Solution: What is your idea and how does it work?
- Innovation: What is new or better?
- Impact: Who benefits and why?
- Feasibility: What is needed to implement it?
Preparation
- Use a small number of clear slides if permitted.
- Lead with the problem and finish with the expected impact.
- A full prototype is not required.
Final rules, deadlines and any category-specific updates remain subject to the Technical Committee and departmental approval.
